The New York Times had an article that was brought to my attention by several of my readers. I posted a blog last month about North america’s largest maple syrup operation that is only about a mile as the crow flies from the farm. If anyone had told my father when he was still alive that there would be a 27,000 square foot cathedral ceiling maple sugar house with hundreds of miles of plastic tubing in the woods, he would never have believed it.
But we met the owner and he seems like a good guy. Maybe I’m just a little jealous, well I don’t know about the “little” part!
