The New York Times had an article that was brought to my attention by several of my readers. I posted a blog last month about North america’s largest maple syrup operation that is only about a mile as the crow flies from the farm. If anyone had told my father when he was still alive that there would be a 27,000 square foot ¬†cathedral ceiling maple sugar house with hundreds of miles of plastic tubing in the woods, he would never have believed it.

But we met the owner and he seems like a good guy. Maybe I’m just a little jealous, well I don’t know about the “little” part!
